FMD (functional movement disorder) clinical pathway and rehabilitation program schedule. This sample transdisciplinary management schedule shows the breadth of education, assessment, rehabilitation, and therapy services offered through our clinic, which is individualized to each patient based on their specific goals. Individual patients may participate in some or all aspects of our services and/or be referred for community resources. The frequency of discipline‐specific sessions as part of the 5‐day rehabilitation program is based on existing literature and available resources.
