Results of the multivariate analysis. Data were checked for multicollinearity with the Belsley‐Kuh‐Welsch technique. Heteroskedasticity and normality of residuals were assessed respectively by the White test and the Shapiro–Wilk test. A p‐value < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. The Newey West correction for heteroskedasticity was applied. Statistical analysis was performed with EasyMedStat (version 3.40; www.easymedstat.com).
