(A) The cases were characterized by a diffuse infiltration of medium to large cells with a large necrotic area. In some cases, the tumor cells were prone to growing around blood vessels (HE staining, 100-fold magnification). (B) The tumor cells had large nucleoli and abundant cytoplasm, and some tumor cells were accompanied by plasmacytoid features (HE staining 200-fold magnification).
