Abstract

Here, we report the draft genome sequences of three Eubacteriales type strains associated with ruminant animals: Eubacterium ruminantium ATCC 17233T, Eubacterium uniforme ATCC 35992T, and Lacrimispora xylanisolvens DSM 3808T. The draft genomes are 2.8 Mb (2,550 predicted genes), 2.9 Mb (2,470 predicted genes), and 5.6 Mb (5,360 predicted genes), respectively.

Keywords: Eubacterium ruminantium; Eubacterium uniforme; Lacrimispora xylanisolvens; genome; ruminant; xylan.
