Abstract

Background: Traditional medicine is vital in Somalia alongside modern healthcare facing access challenges. This review examines their integration.

Methods: Narrative literature review.

Findings: Integration improves trust but requires addressing cultural and regulatory barriers.

Conclusion: A regulated, collaborative framework is recommended for culturally sensitive healthcare.
