Abstract

Escherichia coli LF82 is a gut pathobiont commonly found in Crohn's disease patients and a candidate for phage therapy. We report isolation of lytic phages able to infect LF82, with 19 unique genome sequences falling into four species clusters.

Keywords: AIEC; Escherichia coli; bacteriophage; pathobiont.
