Abstract

The clinical and pathological features of three cases of sclerosing stromal tumors are presented. Two of these were discovered during pregnancy. Two occurred as unilocular cysts. Ligandin, a probable indication of steroidogenesis in the gonad, was demonstrated by immunohistochemistry in all cases, supporting the suggestion that these tumors have an endocrine potential.
