Abstract

本文报道1例儿童斜坡朗格汉斯细胞增生症（LCH）病例。患儿女，1岁11个月，因颈部向左侧歪斜2周就诊，颈部MRI和CT检查显示巨大斜坡占位性病变，周围肌肉明显受累，手术采用内镜与显微镜相结合的经口入路，次全切除肿瘤。术后患儿症状缓解，并接受为期12个月的醋酸泼尼松与长春新碱的联合化疗。随访30个月，无复发迹象。经口入路手术在儿童斜坡LCH的治疗中表现出良好的效果，具有安全性和微创性。.
