Cross Sectional Imaging Demonstrating a Persistent Fifth Aortic Arch in a Right-Sided Aortic Arch Associated With Tetralogy of Fallot, and Comparison With Aortic arch Embryology (A) Subcostal oblique 2D echocardiogram image demonstrating a large perimembranous ventricular septal defect (∗) with anterocephalad deviation of the outlet septum (#) consistent with tetralogy of Fallot. (B) Suprasternal 2D and color echocardiogram image demonstrating a right-sided aortic arch with a dual lumen. (C and D) Sagittal and coronal computed tomography images demonstrating a right aortic arch with a dual lumen. Each lumen is marked with an asterisk (∗). (E) 3D reconstruction demonstrating a persistent fifth aortic arch. (F) Normal aortic arch embryology.
