A Rare Case of Diffuse Neuroendocrine Tumor of the Pancreas Diagnosed by 68Ga-DOTANOC PET CT Study
Abstract
Diffuse neuroendocrine tumor (NET) of the pancreas is rare, with only a few documented case reports in the literature. Differentiating diffuse pancreatic NET from autoimmune pancreatitis is critical for effective patient management, and 68Ga-DOTANOC PET CT can facilitate non-invasive diagnosis.
Keywords: EUS; diffuse NET of pancreas; grade I NET; surgery.
