Abstract

We present a case of a 31-year-old patient diagnosed with uterine leiomyosarcoma. During follow-up imaging with computed tomography, a hypodense nodular lesion was identified in the pancreatic tail. The lesion appeared solid, without dilation of the Wirsung duct, and did not show enhancement after intravenous contrast administration. Surgical resection and histopathological analysis confirmed the diagnosis of leiomyosarcoma metastasis. Given the rarity of pancreatic metastases from uterine leiomyosarcoma and the limited availability of information in the medical literature on this topic, it is crucial to maintain a high clinical suspicion in patients with a history of this disease.
