Abstract

The aim of this study was to develop a questionnaire designed to assess the satisfaction of health workers with the infrastructure of the Moscow Department of Health. The article considers modern approaches to assessing this indicator. An overview of the key infrastructure components that affect the professional well-being of staff is provided, and the importance of a comprehensive analysis of infrastructure factors to improve employee loyalty and the quality of medical services provided is emphasized. The architecture of the authors questionnaire, adapted to the specifics of Moscow healthcare, is described, providing for an assessment of satisfaction in four infrastructure domains (comfort of stay, appearance of medical organizations, technical equipment, digitalization and artificial intelligence), as well as the use of CSI and eNPS metrics to assess staff loyalty.

Целью настоящего исследования являлась разработка опросника, предназначенного для оценки удовлетворённости медицинских работников инфраструктурой Департамента здравоохранения города Москвы. В статье рассматриваются современные подходы к оценке этого показателя. Проведён обзор ключевых компонентов инфраструктуры, оказывающих влияние на профессиональное самочувствие персонала, и подчёркнута важность комплексного анализа инфраструктурных факторов для повышения лояльности сотрудников и качества предоставляемых медицинских услуг. Описана архитектура авторской анкеты, адаптированной к специфике московского здравоохранения, предусматривающая оценку удовлетворённости по четырём инфраструктурным доменам (комфорт пребывания, внешний облик медицинских организаций, техническое оснащение, цифровизация и искусственный интеллект), а также использование метрик: индекса удовлетворённости CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) и индекса лояльности персонала eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score).
