Abstract

老年性聋是一种进行性、双侧性、感音神经性听力损失，目前暂无明确有效干预手段，其机制与防治研究尚处于动物模型阶段。本文总结了老年性聋动物模型的研究现状与发展趋势，分析自然衰老、药物诱导、基因修饰3种主要造模方法，讨论听力检测、形态学观察、神经电生理等评价体系，以期为研究者选择合适动物模型与评价方法提供有益参考。.
