[Advances in Application of Artificial Intelligence for Breast Cancer Radiotherapy]
Abstract
Breast cancer is a highly prevalent malignant tumor among women worldwide, posing a serious threat to women's health, and radiotherapy plays a key role in its comprehensive treatment process. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, its application in the field of breast cancer radiotherapy has been expanding, especially with deep learning as the representative technical means, which has brought new opportunities for enhancing radiotherapy accuracy and optimizing radiotherapy plans. Existing researches demonstrate that AI technology plays a crucial role in medical image processing and automated radiotherapy planning for breast cancer radiotherapy. By systematically reviewing relevant research findings and practical advancements while identifying key technical challenges, this paper will provide effective support for the deep integration and development of AI and breast cancer radiotherapy.
乳腺癌在全球女性恶性肿瘤中具有较高的发病率,对女性健康构成严重威胁。在乳腺癌的综合治疗方案中,放射治疗扮演着关键角色。人工智能技术近年来蓬勃发展,在乳腺癌放射治疗领域的应用范围不断扩大,尤其是以深度学习为代表的技术手段,为提升放疗精确度和优化放疗计划带来新契机。现有研究证明,人工智能技术在乳腺癌放射治疗中的医学图像处理和放疗计划自动生成领域扮演重要角色。该文通过对相关研究成果与实践进展进行系统性综述,并指出当前面临的主要技术难题,将为人工智能与乳腺癌放射治疗深度融合与发展提供有效助力。.
