[Pregnancy-specific beta-1-glycoprotein (SP-1) during the second half of pregnancy]
Abstract
In this paper are defined new data about distribution, controlling factors, metabolism and aspects of physiological function of pregnancy-specific beta 1-glycoprotein during the second half of pregnancy. In high-risk pregnancies with diabetes, Rh-incompatibility and intrauterine death SP-1 concentrations in amniotic fluid were significantly increased. By evaluation of maternal serum concentrations of SP-1 in cases of high-risk pregnancies with EPH-gestosis and fetal retardation relevant results could be demonstrated.
