Hemangioma of the ovary in an 81-year-old woman

Abstract

We have reported a case of cavernous hemangioma of the ovary in an 81-year-old woman with uterine prolapse and without ascites. Review of the literature reveals that this is the oldest patient reported. The size of the lesion is considered large at 5 cm in diameter. No associated disease or other lesions were present. The lesion was an incidental finding with no complications.
