Abstract

The author has developed an original method of endoprothetics of joints (application N 2651054/13). Endoprothesis is fabricated from plastics to a cast taken from the removed articular end of the bone. This allows to manifacture an exact replica. An individual endoprothetics has been used successfuly in the treatment of 12 patients with fractures and pseudoarthroses of the femoral neck.
