Lymphoid hyperplasia of small bowel in an adult female
Abstract
A case of terminal ileum lymphoid hyperplasia in an adult female is presented. Symptoms have been alleviated by limited resection of affected ileum and a segment of ascending colon. It appears that this process has been previously reported only in children and young people, most of the patients being male.
