Formation of lung colonies by mouse ascitic teratocarcinomas
Abstract
Intravenous transplantation of teratocarcinomas resulted in the formation of colonies only in the lung. The lung colony system would be advantageous for the quantitative studies of differentiation of teratocarcinoma stem cells.
