Diagnosis and treatment of lacrimal sac cysts

Abstract

A case of lacrimal sac cyst is presented. The presenting symptoms, work-up, and differential diagnosis are discussed. We advocate excision of the cyst as the treatment of choice in an attempt to preserve the functional anatomy of the patient's lacrimal system.
