[Treatment of non-small cell bronchopulmonary carcinoma with the combination of cyclophosphamide, adriamycin and cisplatin]
Abstract
Twenty three patients with small non oat-cell lung cancer were treated with a combination of cyclophosphamide, adriamycin and cisplatin chemotherapy. The treatment produced 30.4 per 100 objective responses (7 cases), with complete remission in 2 cases and partial remission in 5 cases. The remission duration was 7.5 and 6 months respectively. The initial "status performans" is important for the response.
