Participation of diffusible products in the in vivo immune primary response to red blood cells
Abstract
We present evidence that mouse spleen cells cultured in diffusion chambers together with stimulating antigen, implanted in the peritoneal cavity of irradiated mice produce diffusible mediators involved in cell co-operation during the in vivo primary immune response against heterologous erythrocytes.
