Diagnosis and management of Reiter's syndrome
Abstract
Reiter's syndrome is a major rheumatic disease with characteristic musculoskeletal and radiographic features. Although young men predominate in most reported series, women and children are also afflicted. Treatment is difficult and largely empiric. Most patients run relapsing courses. One-quarter of cases experience forced job changes or become unemployable.
