Abstract

Psychopathology and prognosis of puerperal psychoses are discussed on the basis of 45 cases. Syndrome description is of special significance to therapy. Prognosis, on the whole, cannot be called favourable problems relevant to individual cases (suicidalism, delinquency) are indicated.
