Abstract

A patient with clinical symptoms of general lymphadenopathy, night sweat and weight loss is reported. Laboratory data showed polyclonal hypergammaglobulinemia. Therefore we suspected Immunoblastic Lymphadenopathy (IBL), but could not deny malignant lymphoma because of the histological data. However, we determined that this case was IBL because the use of only steroid therapy was highly efficient.
