[Jejunal diverticulum with perforation into the colon as cause of massive hemorrhage in a young child]
Abstract
A 6 months-old infant is described with a jejunal diverticulum containing ectopic gastric mucosa which had produced a closed perforation into the descending colon. Following resection of the jejunum and the descending colon, convalescence was uneventful.
