[Cimetidine in the prevention of upper digestive hemorrhage in fulminating hepatitis]
Abstract
The value of cimetidine on the prevention of gastric hemorrhage in 8 patients with fulminant hepatic failure was appreciated. The frequency of hemorrhage in this series was about 25% which is significant different from his past experience (52%) or from that of the literature (54%).
