Abstract

The changes in the local cortical blood flow in different areas of the large hemispheres were examined in cats at varying times after cerebral ischemia. It was shown that the decreased blood flow (after occlusion of the cerebral artery) in one of the brain areas is accompanied by various changes in different parts of the large hemispheres.
