Failure of syngeneic bone-marrow graft without preconditioning in post-hepatitis marrow aplasia
Abstract
A patient with post-hepatitis bone-marrow aplasia had bone-marrow transplants from an identical twin. The first two transplants were only partially and temporarily successful, but after cyclophosphamide treatment bone-marrow function was resotred.
