Relating plasma levels of clomipramine and clinical response
Abstract
This paper examines some of the recent results published on the relationship between steady-state plasma concentrations and clinical response. Results are given from three studies of clomipramine all failing to demonstrate an association between steady-state plasma clomipramine levels and clinical response both measured as effect--change in severity of depression using the GPCRG rating scale--and side-effect.
