Abstract

Primary intracranial arachnoid cysts are not too infrequent, but cases involving a familial occurrence of arachnoid cysts or bilateral symmetrical cysts in one patient have rarely been reported. We report bilateral arachnoid cysts of the middle cranial fossa in siblings.
