Abstract

It is established that in rabbits under conditions of restricted mobility the decay of [3H] cholesterol-labelled lipoproteids of very low density is slown down. Simultaneously the activity of the blood plasma lipoproteidlipase decreases and the metabolism of low- and high-density lipoproteids is slown down. Under hypokinesia the total content of cholesterol and triacylglycerols increases both in the blood plasma and the composition of very low and low-density lipoproteids.
