[Breast feeding and life span from birth to 40 years]
Abstract
PIP: Life span from birth to age 40 of fully breastfed individuals is compared to survival of decreasingly breastfed individuals paired for birth order and sex. Results suggest that fully breastfed individuals have lower death rate in age groups 0-1 and 20-40 years. This trend is all the more likely since the highest expectation of life of fully breastfed individuals prevails in the oldest cohort. (Author's)
