Aortocaval fistula as a complication of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm
Abstract
An aortocaval fistula was encountered in one of our 121 cases of abdominal aortic aneurysms. Signs of high output cardiac failure, increased central venous pressure and oliguria disappeared during the operation. The signs are discussed and compared with data from the literature.
