Musculoskeletal chest wall pain
Abstract
Costosternal syndrome is a pretender of serious illness and mimes as a variety of conditions; essentially the diagnosis is clinical, identified by physical examination and intuition. Reassurance is the most common treatment to this often self-limiting condition that is a common cause of chest wall pain.
