Delusional symptoms in dental patients: a report of four cases
Abstract
Patients with delusional symptoms may present to the dental surgeon and it is important that these are recognised and appropriate psychiatric assessment arranged. Four cases of dental patients who presented with delusional symptoms are described. Guidance is given to the GDP concerning management of this demanding group of patients.
