Genetic evidence that Bacillus bacteriophage phi 105 integrates by insertion
Abstract
Genetic analysis by PBS1 transduction has demonstrated that bacterial markers spanning the phi105 attachment site are spread upon integration, accounting for insertion of one or more phi105 genomes.
