Head and neck involvement in Wegener's granulomatosis (WG)

Abstract

Review of 411 patients with Wegener's granulomatosis showed that involvement of the head and neck region is extremely common. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment resulted in better survival rates--75% alive at 5.8 years.
