Physicians speak out on system reform concerns

Abstract

Physicians this past winter took an aggressive role testifying at hearings on a health care reform plan proposed late last year by the governor's Economic Development Partnership (EDP). The State Society offered substantial support to those physicians and closely monitored each event. This second in a series of articles highlights Society members' comments about reform and includes excerpted testimonies submitted to the EDP by three concerned physicians.
