Abstract

This article categorizes and defines periorbital soft tissue protrusions associated with aging. (Protrusions of intraorbital fat are excluded. Recent anatomic observations are described as well as surgical procedures based on these findings and on past experience. Complications are enumerated and their treatment is outlined.
