Giant cavernous haemangioma: a rare indication for liver transplantation
Abstract
This report describes two patients with giant cavernous haemangiomas occupying both lobes of their livers and considered unresectable. Both patients had severe symptoms and rupture occurred in one. Both were treated successfully by orthotopic liver transplantation.
