Abstract

An 8-month-old boy having multiple congenital anomalies (MCA) and mental retardation (MR) as part of the Costello syndrome is described. This observation emphasizes once more the severe and early-onset postnatal growth failure as the first, major clinical sign of this MCA/MR syndrome.
