Cysts within septa: an ultrasound feature distinguishing neoplastic from non-neoplastic renal lesions in children?
Abstract
We present two cystic renal neoplasms observed by ultrasound scanning to have cysts within septa. We have looked at other neoplastic and non-neoplastic lesions in children and suggest that this feature may be helpful in the ultrasound differentiation of neoplastic from non-neoplastic cystic renal masses.
