[Chemotherapy with combined treatment of malignant germ cell tumors in children]
Abstract
Significant improvement in the prognosis of malignant germ cell tumors in children is related to the introduction of multi-drug chemotherapy based on cisplatin. The most effective combinations of drugs are BEP and BVP; in advanced tumors they make it possible to employ radical surgical procedures.
