Abstract

Cherubism is a hereditary bone disease, increasing the volume of both cheeks (whence the name, alluding to Renaissance paintings cherubs), during childhood. Usually cure or at least stabilisation is expected around the puberty. Some cases monstruously extensive impose a surgical management, sometimes difficult but with impressive results.
