[Spiramycin during infectious flare ups in chronic bronchitides patients evolution of blood and secretory immunoglobulins]

Abstract

Thirty patients with chronic bronchitis were treated by spiramycin during bouts of surinfection. Seventy per cent of positive results were obtained. Checking the level of seral immunoglobulins and those of secretory IgA was not enough to judge the evolution.
