Abstract

An operation was performed in an 8-years-old girl suffering from a recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa from birth complicated by a developed contracture and syndactyly of the both bones in order to eliminate these defects without using an autotransplant. The postoperative course was without complications, epithelialization developed by the end of the 3rd week. No recurrences were noted during 2 years.
