Lentiginous melanocytic hyperplasia overlying dermatofibroma
Abstract
There are occasional reports of proliferative epidermal changes overlying dermatofibromas. We report the first case to our knowledge of a dermatofibroma with overlying lentiginous melanocytic hyperplasia.
