Suppurating facial lesions may be a sign of dental infection
Abstract
We describe three cases of chronic dental sepsis presenting with facial suppuration (dentocutaneous sinus). Misdiagnosis may lead to unnecessary morbidity. Inappropriate hospital referral wastes resources.
