MR imaging of tendon injuries about the foot and ankle
Abstract
This article reviews the common abnormalities of the major tendons about the foot and ankle and their etiologies. The abnormalities include peritendinitis, tendinosis, and tendon rupture. The role of MRI in diagnosis and the imaging features in these abnormalities are discussed.
